Who we are
Bavaria Film Interactive GmbH was set up in 1995 as a department of Bavaria Film GmbH and is one of the pioneers of Corporate TV. In addition to producing corporate films we also focus on maximising the coverage and impact of these films.
We started in 1997, broadcasting the first week-day business TV programmes for a major German bank. A 15-minute programme was transmitted every day by satellite to every branch from our in-house virtual studio for every employee of Vereinsbank (which became HypoVereinsbank). We have been producing the first totally Intranet-based corporate television for SAP AG since April 1999, and it is now on the Internet.
Bavaria Film Interactive has been incorporated as an independent GmbH (100% subsidiary) in the Bavaria Film Group service sector since 2001.
Our head office is situated on the Bavaria filming lot near Munich. In 2005 we opened a branch in Ingolstadt specifically for our client Audi.
We are co-founders of the sectoral association Corporate TV Association.
Our clients appreciate the editing and production work being done here locally. Moreover, they benefit from our pool of reliable colleagues and production partners abroad, particularly in the USA, China, India, South America and Australia.
Our parent company has grown out of the tradition of a studio founded in 1919. With its more than 30 subsidiaries and affiliated companies, Bavaria Film GmbH, which is represented at all the most important media locations in the German speaking world, has developed into a product and services group operating worldwide, tapping all segments in the audio-visual industry. The Geiselgasteig location has developed into a modern and pulsating media park today and is distinguished by:
